Testing on SuperCycler performance (ABI)

  • SuperCycler test result compared with ABI


+ = same peaks patron as ABI (no noise)
+/- = same peaks patron as ABI, but incl. little noise in the start!
</>##s = less or more signal then ABI
~##% = different precentage then ABI

Conclusion:
No major difference found, comparing with the ABI. All thermocycler sets for SBT technic can be used with Kyratec!

Consistency:


1. Amplification of M13 MCS region of pTZ57R at Ta of 52°C on 12 tubes which placed at random location of the 96-well block of SuperCycler. The same PCR reaction mixture was amplified concurrently at 3 units of Biometra Tpersonal PCR machine as control.
